Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

Company refers to BAE Travels.

Client refers to the individual(s) booking a tour with the Company.

Tour refers to the travel services offered by the Company.

Contract refers to the agreement between the Company and the Client.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining balance will be collected during the tour.
  • Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
  • For the contracted services, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to hold your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 15 days before the start of the services. Any booking made within 15 days of the service start date is considered a late booking and requires full payment at the time of booking.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Diwali), full payment may be required at the time of booking.

3. Mode of Payment

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Paypal
  • A 3% bank charge applies to credit/debit card payments.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour: No refund.
  • No-shows: No refund.

5. Tour Details

The Company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Travel Documents

  • Clients are responsible for arranging necessary visas, travel insurance, and health certificates.
  • Foreign Nationals: Passport and Visa copy
  • Non-Resident Indians: Passport copy
  • Overseas Indians with OCI/PIO Card: Passport and OCI/PIO card copy
  • Domestic Clients: Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport

7. Liability and Insurance

  • The Company is not liable for personal injury, illness, or death.
  • The Company is not liable for loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings.
  • Clients must secure comprehensive travel insurance before the tour.

8. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Company’s website.

9. Acceptance

By booking with the Company, Clients confirm their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their tour.

10. Liabilities and Limitations

  • BAE Travels is not liable for increased costs due to changes in government fees, taxes, or fuel surcharges.
  • BAE Travels acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport providers, and contractors offering services.
  • Clients are advised to secure their own travel insurance for accidents, sickness, theft, or loss of personal belongings.

Additional Terms

  • Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for cancellations or changes resulting from natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Health and Safety: Clients must inform the Company of any medical conditions or special requirements.
  • Jurisdiction Clause: All disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
