Return and Refund Policy

Booking and Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance will be collected during the tour.
• We accept payments via Credit/Debit cards, and Bank Transfer.
• Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

For the contracted services, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to hold your booking. This deposit secures your booking with BAE Travels on a confirmed basis. The remaining balance is due 15 days before the start of the services. Any booking made within 15 days of the service start date is considered a late booking and requires full payment at the time of booking.

Note: During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Diwali, etc.), full payment may be required at the time of booking. In some cases, an additional advance may be required before the final balance payment date, depending on the contractor/supplier’s deadlines.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Tour: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
• Cancellation Within 30 Days: No refund.
• No Show: No refund.

Tour Details

Tour itineraries and inclusions are detailed on our website or in your customized itinerary. Please note that itineraries may be subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify you promptly of any significant alterations.

Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for arranging necessary visas, travel insurance, and health certificates:

  • Foreign Nationals: Passport and Visa copy
  • Non-Resident Indians: Passport copy
  • Overseas Indians with OCI/PIO Card: Passport and OCI/PIO card copy
  • Domestic Clients: Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport

Liability and Insurance

• BAE Travels is not liable for personal injury, illness, death, loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings, or cancellations or changes due to force majeure events.
• Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients.

Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend this Return and Refund Policy at any time.
• Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.

Acceptance

By booking with BAE Travels, you acknowledge and accept this Return and Refund Policy. Clients are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their travels.
